About Us

Wavecrest Technology is a full-service IT Support Company located in Farmington, Connecticut. We serve small to mid-sized clients in a variety of industries. From single-person businesses to larger organizations with multiple locations across the state, we work hard to deliver quality solutions to meet all of our clients’ technology needs. Our 25 years’ experience gives us a unique perspective for using technology to enhance our clients’ business success. Since our inception in 2000 by President and Managing Partner Brad Lutz, our commitment has been to work in partnership with our clients. While many organizations make this claim, we see it in our clients’ satisfaction every day. We’re proud to boast a 96 percent customer retention rate. Many of our clients have been with us since our founding, and several for more than 25 years.

Technology is constantly changing and so is Wavecrest. We’ve recently completed a major investment in our own in-house Remote Monitoring and Management platform. These new tools give us the ability to provide a variety of enhanced services to our clients and better feedback on the status and reliability of our clients’ networks, servers, and desktops. In the fall of 2011 we completed renovation on a new facility that is now home to our network operation center as well as our growing staff.
